To cancel an order you have placed with Widney House you must contact customer support by email richard@widneyhouse.com or by phone (1-858-481-0336).

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide:

• your name
• order number
• your contact information

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

No Refunds

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Widney House is sold as is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Widney House, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
